Freight rates and lead times quoted at checkout are best estimates only, if your order doesn't meet the conditions allowed for at checkout a James Glen Clearance Team member will contact you to discuss your shipping options. e.g. customers in regional parts of Australia that order bulk goods from this site will either have to collect from the Closest Warehouse or nominate their own freight company and account details.
If James Glen Clearance is unable to deliver your order and after contacting you to discuss your option is unable to come to an reasonable solution then we will refund your purchase in full.
